Rajnikanth is said to play a scientist in the film who is developing a highly advanced robot capable of doing everything and more.

The film previously titled Robot by acclaimed director Shankar have filmed certain scenes in Peru before Ash had to fly back due to Amitabh Bachchan’s illness.

Aishwarya plays Rajnikant's wife in the film.


It is being rumoured that Endhiran could be Ranikant's last film
