Deepika Padukone confesses that she is ruthlessly ambitious.
“From the time I was a teenager, I have always known my goals in life,” says the 24-year-old Bangalore beauty. “I’ve got blinkers on and I know what my goal in life is currently. I will not rest till I’m the best,'' she says. She keeps stressing that all this talk of her broken affair; and her new-found love interests are fodder for the gossip mills. However, she is completely focussed on her career, and will not rest till she gets to the No. 1 slot.
