New releases open to empty houses

Empty cinema halls greeted the three key releases of the week - HUM TUM AUR GHOST, WELL DONE ABBA and MITTAL V/S MITTAL. The opening and noon shows were dismal at several centres. What comes as a surprise is that the films were well promoted prior to their release, especially HUM TUM AUR GHOST. But the poor numbers have come as a shocker. Let's hope the business picks up on Friday evening as well as on Saturday and Sunday.

Kangna Ranaut: "Valentine's Day means pure selfless love from me to everyone I love. My ideal gift would be roses and candles."

Riya Sen: "I want to spend quantity time with my loved ones. No matter where I am I want to be back in time for Valentine's Day to be with my loved ones. That's the greatest gift I can get. Other gifts are fun. But spending time with your loved one is the best gift. For Valentine's I'll be performing at a college festival in Ahmedabad before rushing home."

Arjan Bajwa: "Being single is not a big deal. I'm shooting in Hyderabad so I've no time to miss love. Moreover, Valentine's Day is no reason to miss love. To be loved by family and friends all through the year is a blessing. And I've that blessing"

Vatsal Seth: "Who is one kidding by saying it's great to be single? Valentine's Day and single....man, it sucks! It's like no one being there to wish you on your birthday. Being in love is the most amazing feeling and I definitely miss it."

Minissha replaces Katrina in Bollywood!

Has Kidnap girl Minissha Lamba replaced Katrina Kaif in Bollywood?

If rumours are to be believed Minissha has got some well wishers in Bollywood who are trying to help her to save her dying film career.

According to an industry insider Akki who used to recommend Katrina to the producers, is now recommending Minissha’s to his producers.

Interestingly both haven’t worked together in single film. Reportedly Minissha’s Kidnap co actor Imran Khan has also recommending her to some producers.

Though helping co actors to make their career is not new in Bollywood. Reportedly Salman and Akshay have done it before for their co actresses. We hope Akki and Imraan’s recommendations will save Minissha’s dying career.

Cricketer Yuvraj Singh seems to love our Bollywood women. First there was Kim Sharma. Then there was Deepika and now it seems the dashing cricketer has Minissha Lamba on his mind. The two were spotted at the posh nightclub Aurus in Juhu recently.

“The two were sitting in the secluded corner and had eyes for just each other. In fact everyone was quite surprised to see them together as Minishha has been spotted with her alleged boyfriend Suhail Rathore. And now when she was seen coupling up with Yuvraj a lot of people were shocked,” says a source.

“The two were introduced through a common friend. And Yuvraj floored her with so much attention that she was floored. The next day the two of them were seen together at the nightclub at night. The stayed till the wee hours of the morning and made sure that they sat towards the corner so that no one recognized them. Even when they called it a night, they waited till the car was right at the club’s door step before jumping into it,” adds the source.

Minishha Lamba is said to have been dating aspiring actor Suhail Rathore. Although the actress has always claimed that she is single, her close friends have said that they two were very much in a relationship. Yuvraj on the other hand has been very much single since Deepika dumped him for Ranbir Kapoor.
